CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH - Pure light and dark cooked chicken meat.  Prepared for you fresh, according to our own special recipe. Available on a bed of lettuce or your choice of wheat or sour dough roll. $5.45

RED BEANS & RICE (CAJUN STYLE) -A lot of extra effort is put into this dish.  We start from scratch and soak our beans overnight in a secret blend of spices.  They are cooled slowly so that the flavor is rich and tasty.  You'll find lots of sliced sausage in every bowl we serve.  This is served over steamed rice.
