POLISH SAUSAGE (KIELBASA) - We serve a generous portion of sausage steamed in fresh onions, topped with sauerkraut and mustard, cradled in a fresh sour dough roll.  Here again, you may add to or delete the toppings of your choice. $4.95

CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH - Pure light and dark cooked chicken meat.  Prepared for you fresh, according to our own special recipe. Available on a bed of lettuce or your choice of wheat or sour dough roll. $4.95

RED BEANS & RICE (CAJUN STYLE) -A lot of extra effort is put into this dish.  We start from scratch and soak our beans overnight in a secret blend of spices.  They are cooled slowly so that the flavor is rich and tasty.  You'll find lots of sliced sausage in every bowl we serve.  This is served over steamed rice. NACHOS - PLAIN - A generous helping of crisp, warmed tortilla chips topped with our finest melted cheese, homemade hot sauce and jalapeno peppers.  Half order $1.99, Whole order $3.85

ROYAL NACHOS (All The Way) - We transform our plain nachos into a meal by itself by adding chili, cheese, onions, tomatoes, black olives, sour cream jalapeno peppers and hot sauce. $5.75

TACO SALAD - Starts with nacho chips, add all beef chili, cheese, onions, lettuce, black olives, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers and picante sauce. $5.95
